  • Exchanges: If you receive a product that is incorrect, defective, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@sundownmercantile.com with your order details and a photo of the item. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or exchange.

  • Refunds: Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement or exchange cannot be fulfilled. Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
